I then sent the swabs off to the lab in their pre-addressed envelope for testing and eagerly awaited my results. The Jenny Craig DNA Decoder Plan includes this genetic testing which provides insight into 15 weight loss specific areas such as how your body processes food, how it responds to exercise, and if your sleep patterns could be affecting your weight loss efforts.
