journey with Jenny Craig over the past few months. It has helped me lose weight* and I really feel that it has reset my gut health and taught me better portion control.

Life gets busy and between moving, taking care of young children and running a business, I needed a meal program that was fast and easy to get me back on track; insert the Jenny Craig Rapid Results Program. After a phone consult determining any allergies and food aversions, my first delivery was scheduled for arrival.
The meals and snacks were delivered right to my door, packed wonderfully and frozen items were kept cold with dry ice. I love receiving these shipments and unboxing them to see all of the yummy items I get to eat! Each box comes with a schedule stating which breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack/dessert to have that day. Some of my favorites are the breakfast sandwiches, chicken street tacos, lasagna, cheeseburgers, kettle corn, and chocolate lava cake!
My shipment of Jenny Craig comes with just about everything I eat over a two week period on their Rapid Results program. The only items I need to grab at the store are Greek yogurt, fruits and vegetables. I enjoy the wide variety of meals and snack options and have been really impressed with the delicious taste of it all!
The 12 week Rapid Results program is built to keep your calories in check, all nutrition needs met and you only eat within a 12 hour window of the day. This helps prevent late night snacking which usually isn’t very healthy or necessary anyway! After a few days I completely stopped thinking about snacking as my body had quickly gotten used to not eating at that time; I think this was a vital part of my weight loss journey.
Not only have I lost weight and inches, pretty effortlessly in my opinion, my clothes are fitting better and I truly feel better. I don’t find myself getting stomach aches or my body feeling bloated or off anymore and it’s been such a blessing.
Throughout the course of the program I have travelled, attended birthday parties, gone to restaurants with family and more. With a little planning it has not been difficult to stay on track. For example, if I know my family is going out to dinner I eat my Jenny Craig packaged dinner for that day right before we leave for dinner then when we get to the restaurant I order a side salad (and bring my own individually portioned Jenny Craig dressing), since I am supposed to add a side vegetable to the packaged dinner to complete my meal anyway. It has been a nice way to still be involved in eating at meal time with them when we are out and about while still staying on track. Some of the meals come shelf stable and I will often take one with me if I know I will not be home for a meal and I will just eat it at room temperature.
I can honestly say I am impressed with the taste of the food. There has not been a single thing that I haven’t enjoyed. I look forward to my easy meals and love the variety of meals offered. I previously was one to stay away from certain foods such as cheese and pasta entirely but after incorporating them back into my meals with the Jenny Craig Rapid Results program, I am now better equipped to
gauge how much to have of a certain item and allow it in the proper quantities going forward.
